DENEYAP Makers Labs Project Mentor Applications Are Now Open
Within the scope of the DENEYAP Türkiye Project, carried out in line with the National Technology Initiative vision, project mentors play a key role in supporting students as they develop skills such as teamwork, problem solving, analytical thinking, and production-oriented approaches during their technology journey.
If you would like to share your knowledge and experience with young people, guide them throughout their project development processes, and contribute to raising the technology producers of the future, you can take part as a Project Mentor at DENEYAP Makers Labs.
Teachers, engineers, and bachelor’s degree graduates with technical knowledge in engineering, basic sciences, and technology fields
Undergraduate and graduate students studying in these fields
Professionals working in technology and R&D sectors
Undergraduate students who have reached the finals in TEKNOFEST or TÜBİTAK competitions
Students who are part of T3 Foundation scholarship programs
Project mentors at DENEYAP Makers Labs will guide students during their project development processes, lead team collaborations, and contribute to the emergence of innovative ideas.
Candidates who wish to serve as project mentors at DENEYAP Makers Labs are required to follow the announcements and complete their applications via www.deneyap.org.
After the application phase, candidates will go through several evaluation and selection stages. During this process, candidates’ technical competencies, project experience, and ability to work with students will be assessed.
1. PRELIMINARY EVALUATION
Based on the information provided in the project mentor application form, candidates are evaluated according to competencies such as previous participation in competitions, experience in report writing, and project development processes.
2. FACE-TO-FACE EVALUATION
Candidates are interviewed by the evaluation committee either in person or via video conference.
3. PROJECT MENTOR TRAINING
Candidates who successfully complete the project mentor training are designated as final project mentors and assigned to the relevant DENEYAP Makers Labs in their respective provinces.
