With the aim of raising productive and innovative individuals who will contribute to the development of our country, we are preparing young people for the future who will produce the technology of tomorrow. In line with this vision, we carefully evaluate the applications of instructor candidates who will take part in DENEYAP Technology Workshops and include those who successfully complete the stages of the selection process in our team.

DENEYAP Technology Workshops continues its mission of raising the Technology Stars of the Future with its activities in 81 provinces and 131 different centers across Turkey. In this context, applications of instructor candidates who want to support the training of qualified individuals who will contribute to the development of our country are evaluated.

In line with the goals of the National Technology Move, we invite all instructor candidates who want to contribute to the development of productive, innovative individuals who not only consume technology but also produce it, to participate in the process. Applications are meticulously examined within the framework of the specified criteria; candidates who successfully complete the evaluation process join our team to take part in DENEYAP Technology Workshops.

DENEYAP instructor profile consists of solution-oriented individuals with self-discipline, critical and creative thinking skills. These individuals also stand out with their willingness to learn and teach, teamwork, strong communication skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing needs. Our trainers act with the awareness that the DENEYAP Turkey Project and the National Technology Move have a strategic role in the scientific and technological development of our country.

The instructors working in DENEYAP Technology Workshops consist of teachers, field experts working in the relevant sector, undergraduate/graduate students studying in related departments of universities and graduates.

The Stages of Selecting an Instructor

Candidates who wish to become educators at DENEYAP Technology Workshops are expected to follow announcements on the website www.deneyap.org and apply for educator positions.

Applicants are expected to review the DENEYAP Türkiye Temporary Instructor Process Guide to access detailed information about the areas for which instructor applications are received.

PRE-ASSESSMENT

Candidates who are found suitable in line with the information specified in the trainer application form proceed to the next evaluation stage.

TECHNICAL
ASSESSMENT

Trainer candidates are expected to answer questions at different levels of difficulty in order to determine their ability to deliver training and to assess their knowledge and skills.

PRACTICAL
TRAINING PROCESS

At this stage, trainee trainers are assessed and evaluated in the presence of pedagogically competent representatives of the relevant commission.

FACE-TO-FACE
ASSESSMENT

At this stage, candidates are assessed face-to-face or via video conference.

INSTRUCTOR
TRAINING

Candidates who successfully complete the instructor trainings are determined to be the final instructors and are assigned to the DENEYAP Technology Workshop in their city and start to provide training.

Instructor Training

Candidates who apply to become a trainer for the DENEYAP Türkiye project and successfully pass all the application stages are entitled to enter the instructor training phase.

Instructor Trainings are divided into two parts: "Pedagogical Content Knowledge" and "Applied Technical Training", which are prepared in parallel with the curriculum and course content.

PEDAGOGICAL
TRAINING



An instructor training is provided according to the curriculum of the course to be taught in pedagogical education. Instructor candidates are informed about how to approach the student, how to convey topics to the student in an efficient and effective manner, and their technical knowledge is reinforced at the same time.

TECHNICAL
TRAINING


Subjects related to the technical dimension of the training content are covered and information on the use of purchased equipments is shared in the technical training.
